Scheduling an Appointment

You may request to schedule an appointment with one of our physicians by sending an appointment request via email, or by calling one of our offices listed in "Find OHHP Location."

If you have been referred to a specific specialist in our group, we will make every effort to schedule you for the first available appointment with that doctor that is convenient for you.

If you have not been referred to a certain physician, we will schedule you for an appointment with the first doctor available at a location that is most convenient for you.
