This evaluation uses the latest in available technology combined with expert analysis by a board-certified cardiologist, physical trainer, nutritional expert and behavioral health expert to provide you with the best possible knowledge of your current cardiovascular health. This program will assess your risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD), identify any current CVD that may be present and provide recommendations for prevention and treatment. The program includes multiple tests and consultations, and requires a full day of participation. Snacks and lunch will be provided since several hours of fasting will be required. (You will need to fast nine to twelve hours prior to your blood draw on the first appointment.) - EXPANDED FASTING LIPID PROFILE.
